The experience
Panaderia Rosetta is Elena Reygadas's bakery on Colima in Roma Norte, an offshoot of her Michelin-starred Rosetta. The small plant-filled shop is known for its guava-and-ricotta rolls, flaky croissants and pan de pulque, plus coffee and a short breakfast menu. Lines form on weekend mornings.
