- What does a membership add?
- The sourced insider tip on every stop (when to go, what to order, what to skip), every day of every trip unlocked in full, and the concierge at full strength: no daily meter, the stronger model, and your own insider tips woven into its answers.
- What can the concierge do?
- It's the travel companion built into every page. It only answers from our verified catalogue, so it can't invent a place or take an ad. Open it on a trip and it has read your itinerary: it knows your days, fills a free evening, swaps a stop. Free members get real answers with a daily allowance; members chat without a meter, on the stronger model, and its answers carry the insider tips for their own stops.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing portal; your membership runs to the end of the period you paid for. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing; we aim to send a reminder before it does. The free trial is for first-time members; if you've been a member before, your membership starts right away.
- Can I get a refund?
- If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. No form, no argument.
- What are founding prices?
