1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Best Day Ever, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Best Day Ever is operated by RLD FASHION LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. “We” and “us” in these terms mean that company.

2. Your account

You can build itineraries without an account, but some features (like saving trips to the cloud or subscribing) need one. When you sign up you give us an email and a password. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has access.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement to open an account. Best Day Ever isn't directed at children under 16.

3. Acceptable use

Please use the app in good faith. Don't:

• Break the law or use Best Day Ever to help anyone else do so.
• Scrape, copy, or resell our content, including the place catalogue and its insider tips, without permission.
• Try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the app, or get around access controls and paywalls.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
• Impersonate someone else or misuse another person's account.

We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or these terms.

4. Itineraries and AI suggestions are informational

Best Day Ever builds itineraries and suggests places, some with help from an AI concierge. This information is provided to help you plan, but it can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Hours, prices, availability, safety, entry rules, and whether a place still exists can all change. Always verify the important details yourself before you go, and use your own judgment. You travel at your own risk.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and renewals

Building itineraries is free. Some features, like the insider tips and full multi-day unlocks, are part of a paid subscription. The price, billing cadence, and any free-trial length are shown to you at checkout before you confirm.

• Paid plans are billed on an auto-renewing monthly or annual basis, whichever cadence you choose at checkout. You pay the price shown at checkout.
• Eligible plans may start with a free trial. The free trial is for first-time members; if you've been a member before, your membership starts right away and is billed from day one. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the first charge is taken. We aim to send a trial-ending reminder before that happens.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each term at the price shown at checkout for renewal, until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time (see below). Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. We don't store your full card details.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time. The fastest way is from your account page — “Manage or cancel membership” opens the billing portal, where cancelling takes a couple of clicks. You can alsoemail us at tobymedinagoat@gmail.com and we'll do it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn't by itself refund the current term (see the Refund Policy).

7. Affiliate links

There aren't any. Best Day Ever doesn't book anything for you, doesn't send you to booking partners, and earns no commission on anything you spend on a trip. The only money we take is a membership, and the only outbound links we render are to maps and directions, the public sources we cite on each place, and photo attribution. None of them pays us anything. If that ever changes, this section will say so before it does, not after.

8. Your content

The trips, saved gems, and tips you create stay yours. By sharing content with us (like a gem tip or a public trip link) you give us permission to host and display it so the app can work. Don't share anything you don't have the right to share.

9. Limitation of liability

Best Day Ever is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your travel, from relying on itineraries or AI suggestions, or from a third party's services. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under the law that applies to you.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make a material change, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continuing to use Best Day Ever after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Wyoming, United States. Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws that apply to you.
