A Beaux-Arts museum and reference library on Audubon Terrace, the columned courtyard of institutions on the west side of Broadway between 155th and 156th Streets. The collection runs to more than 18,000 works from Spain, Portugal and Latin America, with El Greco, Velazquez, Goya, Sorolla, Sargent and Picasso among the names. Admission is free with a suggested donation. Open Thursday to Sunday, noon to 5pm; closed Monday to Wednesday.
