A subterranean cocktail den hidden behind a refrigerator door at the back of a working flower shop on Arroyo. Opened by bartender Renato Tato Giovannoni, its menu tells the story of Old World immigrants who arrived in Argentina, and it has been a fixture on The World's 50 Best Bars list for over a decade, repeatedly named Best Bar in South America.
It is Buenos Aires' most storied cocktail bar and a perennial World's 50 Best entry.
