A modern bathhouse on North 10th Street by McCarren Park, open since 2019, built around eight thermal pools: three hot at 104F, two cold plunges at 45F and 50F, two neutral at 98F and a rooftop pool at 84F. There are four heat rooms — an event sauna up to 175F, a banya at 185 to 195F, a dry sauna and a humid tropical sauna — plus a Starlight Steam Room at 115F, a cafe and a rooftop pool bar. It runs daily from 8am to 11:30pm and sells timed day passes online.
The one new-school bathhouse in New York with a proper banya and a 45F plunge, so the contrast actually hurts in the right way.
