The experience

Pergamino is one of Medellin's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, sourcing beans from its own family farms and Colombian growers. The flagship on Carrera 37 in El Poblado's Via Primavera pours espresso, pour-overs and cold brew alongside pastries and brunch plates. Indoor and street-side seating fills with locals and visitors, and the shop roasts in-house and sells retail bags of single-origin coffee.
