The experience

A former auto-body shop (the name means 'brakes and clutches') turned into one of Trastevere's most famous aperitivo bars, near Piazza Trilussa. Cocktails run around 10 euros and come with a generous vegetarian buffet from 7pm. Crowds spill onto the piazza on warm nights.
