Opened in 2014 inside the 19th-century Mercado da Ribeira by Cais do Sodré, this is the food hall that helped define the genre. Around forty stalls, including counters from well-known Lisbon chefs and restaurants, ring communal tables under a market roof, serving everything from steak and seafood to natas and sushi. The traditional produce market still operates in the adjoining wing each morning.
A one-stop tasting of Lisbon's chefs and classics under one historic market roof.
