A traditional covered market on Nakhon Chaisri Road in Dusit, well off the tourist trail and not served by the BTS or MRT. Vendors on both sides of the lanes sell beef noodle soup, roast duck, rad na, steamed buns and Thai desserts alongside fresh produce and meat. Locals describe it as a look at Bangkok as it was decades ago.
