Conceived by Gaudi and Eusebi Guell between 1900 and 1914 as a garden city, this hillside park in La Salut fuses architecture with landscape. The Monumental Zone features the mosaic salamander, gingerbread gatehouses and a serpentine bench of broken-tile trencadis above a hypostyle hall, with sweeping views over Barcelona. UNESCO World Heritage.
Gaudi's mosaic dreamscape with some of the finest panoramic views over the city.
