A Chinatown noodle shop on Yaowarat Soi 9 that began as a pushcart in the 1960s and has been Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended in successive guides. The signature is guay jub nam sai: rolled rice noodles in a clear, heavily peppered pork broth with crispy pork belly, pork balls and offal. Dishes run roughly 60-100 baht and service is fast despite constant crowds.
