The experience
The Seongsu warehouse cafe that helped define the neighbourhood's industrial-chic look: a converted 1970s rice mill with a gabled roof, soaring ceilings, exposed red brick, steel columns and raw concrete floors, doubling as a gallery and pop-up venue. The draw is the cavernous space and rotating installations more than the menu.
