A sustainability-led cocktail bar in Hanul Building on Dosan-daero 55-gil, a minute from Apgujeong Rodeo station in Cheongdam. Founded by Dohyung 'Demie' Kim, Sean Woo, Jisu Park and Noah Kwon, it builds drinks in an on-site prep lab from Korean produce, with in-house carbonation and minimal-waste technique. It was named No. 2 in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025 and took the Ketel One Sustainable Bar Award at the World's 50 Best Bars in 2024.
Asia's second-best bar turns zero-waste discipline into drinks that taste of Jeju rather than of a technique.
