The experience

Vino Underground is a subterranean cellar bar and shop near Freedom Square that helped launch Tbilisi's natural-wine revival. It pours low-intervention Georgian qvevri wines, including skin-contact amber styles, alongside European natural bottles, with knowledgeable staff guiding tastings. Founded by a collective of small organic winemakers, it doubles as a shop where you can buy the very bottles you sample.

One of the best places in the city to taste traditional low-intervention qvevri wine.
