Museo El Castillo is a 1930 Gothic-revival mansion in El Poblado, modelled on the chateaux of France's Loire Valley and once home to a Medellin textile magnate. Now a museum, it holds the city's largest collection of decorative arts, china, stained glass and period furniture across nine rooms, surrounded by formal French-style gardens open to visitors.
