The experience

Seoul's best-known samgyetang house, in a sprawling hanok of interconnected rooms in Seochon near Gyeongbokgung. The single dish is a whole young chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, whole ginseng, chestnut, gingko, dates and garlic in a milky herbal broth, served with a small cup of ginseng liquor. Traditional, orderly, high-volume.
