The experience
Leblon is the calmer, upscale continuation of Ipanema west of the Jardim de Alah canal, running to the base of Morro Dois Irmaos. Its Baixo Bebe area near posto 12 is a family favourite, and the Mirante do Leblon at the far end offers sunset views. Cleaner and quieter than its neighbours, it fronts one of Rio's most affluent districts.
Ipanema's quieter, more polished twin, with family-friendly sand and a sunset lookout beneath Dois Irmaos.
