The experience

Chreli-Abano is Abanotubani's most photographed bathhouse, its blue-and-ochre tiled, mosque-like facade rising at the top of Abano Street. Behind it, private rooms hold naturally hot, sulfur-rich pools fed by Tbilisi's mineral springs, alongside showers, saunas and rest areas. Renovated and reopened in 2017, it offers eleven private rooms plus a royal suite, and remains the signature restful ritual of the Old Town bath quarter.
