A century-old pulquería a few blocks from Bellas Artes serving pulque, the fermented agave drink, in a bright room covered in psychedelic murals by artist Guillermo Carreño. Up to 40 curado flavors, from traditional to mango and guava, rotate on any given day. A retro jukebox and an eclectic young crowd give it a friendly, buzzing feel.
The most approachable traditional pulquería in the Centro, murals and all, for a taste of a pre-Hispanic drink.
