A 4.5-hectare terraced park inaugurated in 1988 on the slope of the Belleville hill in the 20th arrondissement. At 108 metres it is the highest park in Paris, with a belvedere terrace at the summit giving a panoramic sweep across the city, and a 100-metre waterfall fountain — the longest in Paris — cascading down the hill.
The best free full-width view of Paris, in a park tourists haven't colonised.
