A replanted pine and cypress forest blanketing the lower western slopes of Mount Hymettus above Kaisariani. Shaded trails and dirt roads climb past picnic spots, the 11th-century Kaisariani Monastery, springs and an olive grove to viewpoints over the whole Athens basin.
