The experience

A modernist coffee bar and gallery at 3 Rue el Imam Malik in Gueliz, a short walk from Jardin Majorelle, done in industrial minimalism with a record selection and rotating exhibitions. The beans are imported specialty coffee from Five Ways in Amsterdam, and the counter also does Mediterranean-Moroccan plates and pastries, with the almond croissant the one people come back for. Coffee starts around 35 dirhams. Open daily, 9am to 9pm.
