The experience

A terraced viewpoint and garden on Montjuic, opened in 1969, looking out over Barcelona's old town and port. Landings connected by stairs step down the slope, with an ornamental fountain by Carles Buigas and a large ground mosaic by Joan Josep Tharrats. It offers wide open panoramas without the crowds of the city's busier lookouts.
