The experience
A kalguksu institution in Myeongdong open since 1966, Michelin Bib Gourmand every year since the Seoul guide launched. The menu is just four items: kalguksu (knife-cut wheat noodles in a chicken-and-pork broth topped with mince and dumplings), mandu, bibimguksu, and summer-only kongguksu. Two floors, brisk turnover, cash-friendly.
