A single-storey warehouse on Grattan Street with three skylights, a roll-up garage door and hanging plants, where Lance Schnorenberg and Tobin Polk roast Nordic-style light roasts on a Probat L12 at the back of the room. Sey buys nano- and micro-lots from Ethiopia, Colombia and elsewhere and pours single origins rather than blends, with pastries from L'Imprimerie. Open daily, from 7am on weekdays and 8am at weekends, closing at 5pm.
