Tucked on Carrer dels Mirallers in El Born, Dr. Stravinsky is styled like a 19th-century apothecary, with shelves of house-made infusions, bitters and tinctures. Part of the Confiteria group, it works walk-in only and builds original cocktails from its own laboratory of ingredients. Intimate, dimly lit and consistently highly rated.
