The experience

The most ambitious project from The Clumsies team, set in a converted Kato Petralona art gallery with soaring ceilings and exposed concrete, and ranked among the World's 50 Best Bars (No. 8 in 2025). On-site tanks ferment fruit wines, beers and vermouths, with by-products turned into house bread and zero-waste cocktails. It works as part bar, part cafe, part restaurant.
