A narrow, dark-timber bar down a back alley off Ebisu Ichibangai, a few minutes from Ebisu Station, open since 2010 with Rogerio Igarashi Vaz behind the stick. The house specialises in absinthe and herbal liqueurs and is reported to hold Japan's largest bitters collection. It re-entered The World's 50 Best Bars at No. 94 in 2025.
