The original AFURI shop, open in Ebisu since 2003 and two minutes from the station's west exit. The house bowl is yuzu shio ramen: a clear chicken-and-seafood broth with citrus peel, chashu seared with a blowtorch, and a soft egg. Seating is a short counter facing the open kitchen; you buy a ticket at the machine by the door before sitting.
It is the shop that made citrus ramen a category, and the broth is still lighter and sharper than the copies.
