Nick Wu's bar at 53, Lane 160, Section 1 Dunhua South Road, working a deep bench of rare spirits alongside house-made bitters, infusions and syrups built from seasonal Taiwanese produce. Cocktails are written in pairs that set an Eastern ingredient against a Western one, and the whisky list leans Taiwanese and Japanese. Bar Mood runs two rooms on opposite sides of the same lane — a casual standing front bar and a dim seated room. It hit No. 17 on Asia's 50 Best Bars in 2021 and was back at No. 72 in 2025.
