Pak Khlong Talat is Bangkok's main flower market, spread along Chak Phet Road near Memorial Bridge and the Chao Phraya River in the old city. It trades around the clock, with the heaviest activity before dawn when boats and trucks bring fresh blooms from the provinces. Vendors sell orchids, marigolds, roses and the jasmine garlands used for temple and household offerings, alongside some fruit and produce stalls.
A round-the-clock river of flowers where you can watch garland-makers weave offerings by hand.
