An elevated linear park built on top of a former 1970s highway overpass that closed to traffic in 2015. The roughly one-kilometre walkway, opened in May 2017 and designed by Dutch firm MVRDV, is planted with more than 24,000 trees, shrubs and flowers arranged as a living catalogue of Korean plants, linking Seoul Station to the Namdaemun area.
A Seoul answer to New York's High Line: an aerial garden stroll straight over the rail yards and downtown traffic.
