Park is a garden-terrace bar built on the top deck of a multi-storey car park on Calçada do Combro, reached by riding the parking lift and climbing the last flight of stairs. The plant-filled rooftop delivers 180-degree views over Lisbon to the Tagus and the 25 de Abril Bridge.
