A leafy 1920s-30s district of Art Deco and Art Nouveau apartment blocks, wide medians and pavement cafés. Its heart is Parque México in the Hipódromo colonia, whose oval shape traces a former horse-racing track, with the Art Deco Foro Lindbergh bandstand at its centre. The surrounding streets are among the city's most pleasant to walk.
The most walkable modern-era neighbourhood, built for strolling between park, cafés and Deco facades.
