One of Seoul's oldest continuously running restaurants, tucked off the Insa-dong side of Jongno and specialising in seolleongtang, the milky-white ox-bone soup with rice and beef slices. The menu is essentially the soup plus suyuk (boiled beef); the room is plain and utilitarian, built for a fast bowl.
A century-old bowl of Seoul's foundational comfort soup.
