A yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) specialist inside Gwangjang Market, running since 1965 and now third-generation, with a Michelin Bib Gourmand since 2018. Beef is hand-cut fresh each morning and dressed Seoul-style with sesame oil and matchstick pear; they also serve odorless raw octopus and raw liver. Cramped, efficient, English menu.
