One of Seoul's top three Pyongyang-style naengmyeon houses, on Changgyeonggung-ro in Jugyo-dong at the edge of Euljiro, running since 1946. The signature is cold buckwheat noodles in a restrained, meaty beef broth, best paired with their bulgogi grilled at the table. A large, old-school dining hall that draws a constant queue.
