A 15-seat bar on the 9th floor of an office block in Nishi-Shinjuku, run by Hiroyasu Kayama. There is no printed cocktail list: Kayama builds drinks to order from herbs and botanicals grown on his family's farm in Saitama, crushing and macerating them behind the counter. It was ranked No. 18 on The World's 50 Best Bars 2025.
