Cafe de Tacuba has served Mexican classics on Calle Tacuba in the Centro Historico since 1912, still run by the same family. The colonial dining rooms are lined with Talavera tile and oil paintings, and musicians play in the afternoons. The kitchen is known for mole enchiladas, tamales, pozole and cafe de olla.
