A British-pub-shaped cocktail bar at 143 Xinyi Road Section 4, founded by William Wu of Le Petit Chambre and Side Bar, and the place Taipei bartenders drink at after their own shifts. It ranked No. 43 on Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025. The house cocktails are simply numbered Public#1 to Public#5, and the Gin & Tonic is built on hand-carved ice. Service runs from 7pm to 4am, Tuesday through Sunday, with late-night food.
