The experience
A speakeasy disguised as a small European-style fruit shop near Dongdaemun; you enter by slipping through one of the refrigerator doors. Bartenders build fresh cocktails using the fruit on display, in a room of raw concrete and soft light. There is a small upstairs area as well.
The walk-through-the-fridge entrance is a genuine thrill, and the fruit-forward cocktails behind it are among Seoul's best-rated.
