A tiny takeout counter under the 7 train on Roosevelt Avenue in Flushing, with a hand-lettered board of 34 numbered items above the register and five small tables. It is known well beyond Queens for exactly one of them: #6, wontons with hot sauce, pork-and-vegetable wontons in chili oil with pickled vegetable scattered over the top. The rest of the board runs Sichuan-leaning noodles and cold dishes. Open daily, roughly 10am to 7pm.
