The experience

A multi-floor bar and restaurant on the corner of Place des Ferblantiers, where the Mellah meets the Kasbah, with a ground-floor bar, first-floor dining rooms and a planted roof terrace on top. It is one of the handful of addresses inside the medina walls holding a real alcohol licence, with wines, beers and cocktails served until 1am. The kitchen turns Moroccan-Japanese after dark, sushi included, and the terrace looks out over the ramparts to the Koutoubia.
