Terraced gardens on the lower slopes of Montjuic, designed by Forestier and Nicolau Rubio for the 1929 International Exposition. Winding paths link fountains, pergolas and Alhambra-inspired tiled staircases with water running down the steps. Shaded, spacious and usually uncrowded, it is one of the calmest corners of the Montjuic hillside and free to enter year-round.
Mediterranean terraces and trickling stone staircases make this Montjuic's most peaceful garden to wander slowly.
