A hidden cocktail bar at 94 Hàng Mã reached through what looks like an ordinary Hanoi residence and two flights of stairs. The room upstairs is a natural-history cabinet: fossil cases, specimen glass and a dinosaur skeleton suspended over the drinkers. The bar has picked up recognition among Asia's better rooms for drinks like the Rabbit Habit, mezcal cut with carrot juice. Open daily 3pm to midnight.
