A bar the night ends up in · Taipei, Taiwan
Taipei's original hidden bar, opened as a Prohibition-styled room concealed behind an espresso counter on Xinyi Road Section 2. The bar now sits on the second floor behind a sliding door beside the kitchen, all dark wood and low light, seating small parties at the bar and up to six at one large table. There is no printed cocktail list at all — bartenders build to your description from a repertoire reported at around 600 drinks. Most of the team speaks English. Cocktails land around NT$400–450.
The city's first speakeasy, still menu-less: you describe a flavour and they build the drink.
