A stage worth staying up for · Taipei, Taiwan
A three-floor bar and live venue at 1-2 Roosevelt Road Section 1, a short walk from Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, opened in 2010 by two British expats. The ground floor is a rock-and-roll street bar with pavement seating, the second floor is the stage for bands and DJs, and the third is a lounge. It has become the working hub for Taipei's punk, metal and alternative scenes, with live music seven nights a week. Weekends run to 4am.
Bands every single night of the week, three floors, and a pavement bar that costs nothing to sit at.
