The experience
A tiny Vietnamese canteen on a quiet side street of the 13th's Asian quarter, run by Chef Té and his wife since he arrived from Vietnam in 1968. It is the city's only Vietnamese restaurant with a Michelin Bib Gourmand, built on a clear, faintly sweet phở broth with thin rare beef. Meals run €10–20; closed Mondays.
