A table people book ahead for · Hanoi, Vietnam
Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, at 16-18 Tống Duy Tân in the middle of Hanoi's food street and a short walk from the railway station. Upstairs is a bar and full kitchen turning out big breakfasts, grilled open sandwiches and avocado-and-salmon plates at any hour, with a 55-inch screen for live sport and vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. It has become the default landing spot when the bars on the same street turn out.
The only kitchen in central Hanoi that never closes, sitting on the street where the bars are.
